How can I replace a missing issue?

How can I order a back issue or extra copies of Live Sound?

A back issue is $10 for US, $20 for all other countries. It is payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express only. Please contact customerservice@livesoundint.com to request the back issues you might want. We only can provide back issues starting with the January 2000 issue.

Live Sound is being sent to someone who has left the company. How can I change the name on the subscription?

Please contact customerservice@livesoundint.com and we will research your account. Make sure to include your name, address, and LSI account number.

How do I start a new subscription to Live Sound International?

A one year (12 issues) paid subscription to Live Sound International is available at the following rates:

$60.00 (US, Canada, Mexico)
$140.00 (International)
To order a paid subscription, you may print out this form. Payment is required at the time the order is made and may be made by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard). Canada, Mexico and International orders must be prepaid in US Dollars. Please make check or money order payable to Huge Universe, Inc.

How do I change my mailing address?

To change your address, go to our log-in page and enter your subscription number as found on your mailing label along with your zip code. If you cannot locate your subscription number you may log in using an alternative option.

Where do I find my subscriber number?

Your subscriber number appears on your mailing label above your name. Follow the sample label below to find your 6 digit subscriber number. If you still have a problem please contact customerservice@livesoundint.com and we will research your account. Make sure to include your name, address, fax/phone/email.

Finding Your LSI Subscription Number

Instructions
Your subscription number is the first eight digits of the sixteen-digit code between the two pound signs on your label. Please enter the numbers without spaces (i.e. 00092247).
