Behringer is slowly ramping up. I talked to my former Berhinger rep who said that they were going to be the future rep. (however they'll probably lose Samson. She told me all repairs are being done in Germany. (Wonderful, I mostly get BIG consoles from them). The good thing is that the tech she talked to spoke ENGLISH and that the pieces she had questions about were answered promptly. I'd try emailing Behringer's service department and giving them all the info you have. What might be the most usefull would be the SERIAL Numbers from the units, because if all else fails, somebody could look at the back of the box.
