Q: How do I start a new subscription to Live Sound International?
A: Subscriptions to Live Sound International are free within the United States. Outside of the United States, subscriptions to the Live Sound International Digital Edition are free; and a one year (12 issue) Print Subscription is available on a paid basis at the following rates:
$140.00 (All other countries)

Payment is required at the time the order is made and may be made by check, money order or credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard). Canada, Mexico and International orders must be prepaid in US Dollars.
Q: Live Sound is being sent to someone who has left the company. How can I change the name on the subscription?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure to include the name, company name and address of the person who is no longer at your company.
Q: I receive duplicate copies. What should I do?
A: Please contact email@example.com, make sure to include your name, address, fax/phone/email as well as your subscriber number. We will research your account and eliminate the duplicate copy.
Finding Your Live Sound International Subscription Number
Q: Where do I find my subscription number?
A: Your subscription number is the first eight digits of the sixteen-digit code between the two pound signs on your label. When logging in to your account, enter the numbers with NO SPACES (i.e. 01234567).
Change of Address
Q: How do I change my mailing address?
A: To change your address, go to our log-in page and enter your subscription number as found on your mailing label along with your zip code. You may also log in using your email address.
Q: What if I have missed an issue?
A: We may have an incorrect address on file or we may not have received your renewal order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure to include your name, address, fax/phone/email as well as your subscriber number. If you are a current subscriber and your address information is correct, we will send you the missing issue at no cost.
Q: How can I order a back issue or extra copies of Live Sound International?
A: Back issues of Live Sound International, if available, may be purchased for $10.00 each for US, $20 for all other countries. Prepayment is required in U.S. dollars, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All orders shipped within five working days.
